The primary aim of the Novato Professional Fire Fighters Association is to serve as the voice and advocate for our employed members in their interactions with the Novato Fire Protection District, our employer. In addition to this core purpose, our organization is committed to the following objectives:

• Elevating the standards of service provided to all employees within the Novato Fire Protection District.
• Cultivating and nurturing a culture of cooperation and mutual understanding between our association and the esteemed leadership represented by the Board of Directors and the Fire Chief of the Novato Fire District.
• Advancing the overall well-being of our association and the broader community served by the Fire Protection District.
