The Finance Division is responsible for all financial functions of the District, which includes payroll and benefits, banking, accounting, budgeting, cash management, debt management, EMS billing, accounts payable and receivable, maintaining the general ledger, financial reporting, preparation of financial statements and annual comprehensive financial report, audits, contract management and procurement, management of the District’s general fund and reserves, capital asset management, special tax assessments, grant accounting, and development and maintenance of financial policies, internal controls, systems and procedures.
